Payment Confirmation

• Advance Payment: Confirmation of your booking will be accepted with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation Charges

• 1 Week Before the Trip: If you cancel the trip one week before the scheduled date, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
• 2 Weeks Before the Trip: If you cancel the trip two weeks before the scheduled date, 30% of the full amount will be charged.
• 3 Days Before the Trip: If you cancel the trip three days before the scheduled date, 100% of the full amount will be charged.

Important Notes

• Advance Payment Settlement: After confirming the total number of participants, an advance payment of at least 50% of the total amount should be settled. The total amount will be based on the number of participants confirmed.

Number of Participants:

• If fewer participants attend than confirmed, the company is still required to pay for the number of participants initially confirmed.
• If more participants attend than confirmed, the company must pay an additional amount based on the extra number of participants.
